1. Where to send a notice

If you believe material on GROW infringes a copyright you own, or that you are authorized to act for the owner, send a notice to:

Lenguart LLC
Copyright agent
564 S Yonge Street
Ormond Beach, FL 32174
United States

Email: hello@growmo.app

Telephone: +1 813-742-0152

This address is for copyright notices about material on GROW. Questions about the product still go through the contact form.

2. What to include

A notice should include:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
  • the material on GROW, and enough information to find it, such as a URL;
  • your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner.

3. Your own work

If you submitted the work yourself and want it taken down, use the removal process in the Artist Content License. This page is for a notice that someone else’s copyright is on GROW.

4. If your material was removed

If your material was removed or disabled because of a notice and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Include your signature, the material and where it appeared, your name and contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or the Middle District of Florida, if you are outside the United States) and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice.
