If you have questions about our privacy policy, please contact us through our contact form.

GROW supports the submission and preparation of galleries for consideration by Museum For A Rainy Day, a virtual museum accessible across digital platforms, including Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest, iPad, and similar devices.

2. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the current GROW Extranet only.

At this stage, GROW is a restricted, account-based system used to authenticate artists, collect gallery submissions, and manage related metadata.

There are no public profiles, no advertising, and no third-party analytics tied to personal identity.

3. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate GROW and to authenticate participants.

3.1 Account & Authentication Data

When you sign in using Apple, Google Sign-In, or Microsoft account sign-in, we receive the profile information that provider shares with us and a unique account identifier from that provider. Apple may provide a private relay email address when you choose Hide My Email.

This information is used solely to create and manage your GROW account.

3.2 Contact & Verification Information

You are asked to provide a phone number and an artist biography, where you may share information about your artistic practice relevant for curatorial review and verification.

Providing a biography is voluntary. You should not include sensitive personal data.

3.3 Gallery & Artwork Information

If you submit a gallery, we collect a gallery title, and for each image: title, description, year created, and selected frame type (for presentation within the Museum).

This information is used to present and evaluate your work consistently across supported digital devices.

3.4 Contact Form Information

If you submit our contact form, Lenguart LLC receives the information you provide through its shared contact workflow so it can review and respond.

GROW does not store those messages in a separate contact message queue.

3.5 Your Agreements

We record the version of the Terms of Service you acknowledged and when, and, if you opted in to news from the Museum For A Rainy Day, when you did so and when you withdrew it.

4. What We Do Not Collect

GROW is designed with strict data minimization.

We do not collect or store IP addresses, precise or approximate location data, device fingerprints, advertising identifiers, behavioral tracking data, social media profiles, or data from third-party brokers.

GROW does not use advertising cookies and does not sell user data.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to authenticate and manage your account, to review and manage submissions, to send you the status notices and programme notices described in the Terms of Service, and to maintain platform security and integrity. If you have opted in, we also use your email address to send you occasional news about the Museum For A Rainy Day; you can withdraw that at any time in your profile.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not profile you.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law, to protect the legal rights and safety of Lenguart LLC, GROW, or its users, or with processors who send email on our behalf.

GROW uses AgentMail to deliver account, service, and (if you opt in) occasional news messages at the address on your account. AgentMail receives the recipient address and message content needed to send that mail. GROW keeps the user record and consent; AgentMail is not a second subscriber list.

Gallery content submitted for consideration may be reviewed internally as part of the curatorial process for Museum For A Rainy Day.

7. Data Retention

Account and submission data is retained for as long as your account remains active.

Gallery submissions may remain archived for curatorial or record-keeping purposes.

If you request account deletion, personal account data will be removed unless retention is required for legal or safety reasons.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/EEA), you may have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account, and receive information about how your data is used.

Requests can be made by contacting us through our contact form.

We respond to reasonable requests within applicable legal timeframes.

9. International Data Processing

Lenguart LLC is based in the United States.

Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data and limit processing to what is necessary for platform operation.

10. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as GROW evolves.

If material changes are made, we will update the policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
